Send your clients a newsletter they want to read.
I write and design your monthly newsletter. You give me 15 minutes, approve the draft, and send it from your own account. No blank page, no missed months, no agency runaround.

What they need to know, short
This month's question: What helps you stay active when it's −20?
Book a visitOne question to reply to, one clear action
Most business newsletters fade by month three.
Nobody has time to write it
The front desk is busy, and the owner is with clients. The newsletter slides to "next week."
The blank page wins
You know your business. Turning it into an issue every month is a different job.
The template sits empty
Free templates look fine. They don't write themselves, and they don't send on the 1st.
I take the whole job off your desk, and it goes out every month.
Fifteen minutes from you. A finished issue from me.

- A 3-number report after each issue: opens, clicks, replies
- Subject line and preview text
- Built in Mailchimp, Cyberimpact, Beehiiv, or as a PDF
- Photos chosen and licensed properly
- A print-ready version for your front desk or clubhouse
Businesses whose clients come back.
Clinics
Physio, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture. Keep patients well between visits and remind them you're here.
Written as patient education: no testimonials, no "best in town", no promised results.
Golf clubs
Events, course news and one member story each issue, so members stay connected all season.
Ask about the sponsor option: local ads your club sells can cover the cost.
Local shops and studios
Salons, bakeries, florists, studios. A short monthly note keeps your regulars coming back.
Seasonal business? The quarterly plan sends one issue each season.

Most people open newsletters on their phones. These two samples were built for fictional businesses to show the format.

Hi, I'm Juan.
I've designed newsletters and magazines for decades, including years running my family's print shop. I've lived in Red Deer for 19 years.
In 2013 I co-published The Community Voice, a Red Deer community magazine: 5,000 copies a month, funded by local businesses. Rooted Voice brings the same idea to email.
When you work with me, you deal with one person: the one who writes, designs and delivers your newsletter. No account managers. No agency hustle that turns a simple job into a big project.
Your newsletter goes out on time, looks like your business, and sounds like you.
Before you ask.
Do I need special software?
No. I build each issue in the tool you already use: Mailchimp, Cyberimpact or Beehiiv. If you have none, Mailchimp's free plan is enough for a small list. If your clinic books through Jane, the patients who agreed to marketing email can sync to Mailchimp.
Who sends it?
You do, from your own account. Your list stays yours, and I never handle your client or patient list.
What if I have nothing to say this month?
That's normal. Fifteen minutes of questions gives me enough for a full issue.
Our last newsletter got no response. Why would this one?
Because it asks. Every issue ends with one easy question your customers answer by hitting reply, and the next issue shares a few answers. Replies come straight to your inbox, and they tell you what your customers want.
How long does each issue take?
Your draft arrives within 5 business days of our chat. One round of changes is included.
Can I get a printed version?
Yes. Every issue comes with a print-ready version for your front desk or clubhouse.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans start with three issues, then continue month to month. Stop any time with 30 days' notice.

Helpful to include:
- Your business name and website
- What you send clients now, if anything
- The best time to reach you
